When Exacto Inc. customers place an order whether
by phone, fax, or e-mail they will receive a faxed confirmation.
When the order has been shipped, the customer will again
receive another confirmation by fax stating the date the order
shipped, what truck the order is on, and a PRO number if available
(tracking number).
