In support of our customers, we serve as the Exacto
technical department. With a recently expanded laboratory
facility and additional staff, Exacto is in a unique
position to support clients with a wide variety of technical
resources. Our team offers diverse expertise and is
able to assist in the development of new products based
on innovative technology and fresh approaches to formulation
development. But we don't just stop with a new product
— we also assist customers through the registration
processes as necessary to make sure they have a marketable
label and formulation as quickly and efficiently as
possible.
Our staff also manages all quality control (QC) issues and processes for Exacto manufacturing. It is our job to ensure that all Exacto-manufactured products meet or exceed internal quality standards. We want to make sure that every jug, every pallet, and every load that leaves our shipping dock is manufactured and supplied in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations every time.
Finally, we also offer a complete portfolio of analytical
capabilities that enables us to respond quickly and
effectively to competitive technologies or new ideas.
From flash point evaluation to HPLC analysis and everything
in between, we have the tools to get the job done correctly
and efficiently. Bottom line — we have the people,
the tools, and the desire for innovation. It is our
