Phil is the senior executive responsible for managing all financial elements of Cox Family Holdings and its operating companies. He directs and oversees the accounting and finance staff as well as external resources responsible for financial planning, allocation, analysis, risk management, tax, and reporting. Phil brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience with industry-leading, middle-market and Fortune 100 companies. He has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University, in addition to CPA certification.
