Wally brings extensive senior P&L operating, strategy, change management, and governance experience in the commercial horticulture industry and agriculture food value chain. Over his career, he has led multiple successful business scaling and turnaround scenarios, complex acquisition integrations, and unit consolidations. Former LP and Regional business portfolio leader with the Brickman Group, LLC horticultural services platform. Executive education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Business Management from Northern Illinois University. Wally has served for over 15 years on both corporate and non-profit Boards.
