Giving Back To The Community

At Exacto, we recognize that we have a great responsibility and purpose in this world – one that extends beyond the work we do in our day-to-day job. Giving back and volunteering time to help others is part of our company culture at Exacto. And one of the things that makes Exacto such a special place to work; our employees spend time building relationships with organizations and people that are both near to them and across the globe. We pack food for suffering children in regions of the world that are most in need and at the same time, we ensure that the foodbanks close to home are fully stocked. We provide gifts for families in need during the holidays, funds and supplies to the local schools, volunteer our time helping people at several amazing organizations. At Exacto, we care about and serve each other, and the community. Take a peek at our yearly contributions, donations, and events in more detail below.

The Culture Club at Exacto focuses on fostering the relationships between Exacto’s associates and with the communities around us. Striving to be stewards of all those within our circles of influence, Culture Club invests time and energy into the people around them as individuals and as groups by hosting events designed to build teamwork and a sense of affinity for one another.

2021 Culture Club Event Highlights

Even in the face of adversity, we stick together and support each other!

Internally, Culture Club conducts a minimum of one event each month to bring us together in the form of company lunches, competitive tournaments, and special raffles. Externally, they help to raise thousands of dollars in efforts to support organizations in our communities. Culture is paramount to a healthy organization and our Culture Club strives to support these healthy relationships.

Our Mission

Culture Club has a mission of inclusion to build and grow relationships, invest in Exacto associates, Exacto families, the local community, and the world. Through coordination, scheduling, and participation in monthly events, the Culture Club hopes to foster fellowship, understanding, and acceptance of all cultures.

Why More Athletic Fields are Converting to Natural Turf

While athletes almost always prefer natural grass fields, artificial turf is a widely used playing surface due to the perception that it is easier to maintain. There’s been a recent push to shift artificial surfaces back to natural grass as big-name players sustain season-ending injuries and organizations prioritize playing surface conditions when selecting hosts for tournaments.
