ACTIVATOR ADJUVANTS
Activator adjuvants optimize the effectiveness of crop protection products. Including an activator adjuvant in a tank mix can increase application efficacy and improve active functionality. Nonionic surfactants, water conditioners, oil-based adjuvants, spreader stickers, and basal oils are activator adjuvants.
MULTIFUNCTIONALS
Multifunctional adjuvants combine the functions of multiple types of adjuvants in one product. Need both a drift reduction agent and water conditioner? How about a surfactant and deposition aid? By combining activator and utility functions, multifunctional adjuvants put all the adjuvant characteristics you need into one bottle.
UTILITY ADJUVANTS
Adjuvants that enhance the application process are categorized as utility adjuvants. Also known as application aids, utility adjuvants provide a broad range of functions that each help with a specific part of the process. Drift reduction agents, deposition aids, defoamers & antifoams, spray equipment cleaners, dyes & colorants, scent masking agents, compatibility agents, foam markers, and tackifying agents are some types of utility adjuvants that Exacto offers.
WETTING AGENTS
Wetting agents improve soil moisture management by helping water penetrate the surface and promoting uniform moisture distribution. Soil wetting agents, also known as soil surfactants, reduce the surface tension of water and help it to spread more evenly through the soil profile.
Hydrophobic soil (soil that repels water) significantly impacts plant growth and can negatively influence overall production. Treating hydrophobic soil with wetting agents promotes water absorption and uniform moisture distribution throughout the soil profiles and prevents or fixes issues such as localized dry spot.
Exacto offers both liquid and granular wetting agents including AquiMax®, a next-level soil moisture management technology that improves moisture uniformity and retention.
SOIL AMENDMENTS
Soil amendments increase the stability of water-soluable seed mats used to retain moisture and protect seeds from temperature extremes and wind or erosion.

MOTION™ Modified Seed Oil (MSO)
MOTION improves penetration through waxy and weather-hardened cuticles, enhancing canopy wetting, and slowing evaporation to allow better uptake of the active ingredient. MOTION combines modified seed oil with carefully selected emulsifiers to enhance herbicide performance and works with any herbicide labeled for MSO use.
Soil Amendments
FORMATION™ Tackifier
Enhance hydroseeding performance by improving the distribution and adhesion of hydro-mulch slurries with this granular formulation. It lasts longer than organic tackifiers, stabilizes the water-soluble seed mat to retain moisture, protects seeds from temperature extremes and erosion, and ensures even spray coverage.
FORMATION™ L Tackifier
This tackifier enhances hydroseeding and erosion control applications by improving bonding and performance across a wide range of mulch media, including straw, wood fibers, and paper cellulose. AUDIBLE™ 90 Nonionic Surfactant

BACK FIELD™ Sticker

BOWL GAME™ BLUE Pond Dye
BOWL GAME BLUE is a highly concentrated, non-toxic pond dye enhances the natural beauty of ponds, lakes, and fountains with a low use rate. ONSIDE KICK™ Tank Cleaner
This powerful tank cleaner removes residue buildup and prevents tank-mix carryover that could damage sensitive turf or ornamentals. Its highly alkaline formula efficiently solubilizes acid-active ingredients, extending equipment life by protecting spray systems from corrosive residues and ensuring clean transitions between applications.
PLACEHOLDER™ Volatility Reducing Agent (VRA)
PLACEHOLDER™ is an approved volatility-reducing adjuvant for use with XtendiMax® Herbicide with VaporGrip® Technology, Tavium®, and Engenia®. It delivers additional VaporGrip Technology to the spray tank to further reduce potential dicamba volatility while buffering against unwanted pH changes that can lead to dicamba acid formation.
PLAY OFF™ Scent Masking Agent
